Iran Threatens Retaliatory Attacks on Bridges in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Jordan

Iran has threatened revenge attacks on major bridges in Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Jordan in response to a US strike that destroyed a large bridge in the Azimiyeh area of Karaj city.

Iran's Pars News Agency reported that the planned targets include the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah Bridge in Kuwait, the King Fahd Causeway, the Sheikh Zayed Bridge, the Al-Maqta Bridge, the King Hussein Bridge, the Damiya Bridge, the Sheikh Khalifa Bridge and the Abdon Bridge.

The US destroyed the B1 bridge in Karaj, northwest of Tehran, in what Iran views as an act warranting retaliation against infrastructure in the Gulf states. Reports state that the US attacks killed and wounded 102 Iranian personnel.

US President Trump urged Iran to reach an agreement before it is too late, according to the reports.
