Administrative Deputy PM Hanafi Visits Faryab, Pledges to Address Local Development Needs

Administrative Deputy Prime Minister Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi visited Faryab province to hold meetings with provincial officials, religious scholars, and tribal elders. The delegation reviewed current administrative conditions and assessed regional development requirements across the province. The visit was part of ongoing government efforts to maintain direct communication with provincial leadership and monitor the delivery of public services.

Local representatives reported that complete security currently prevails throughout Faryab, praising the ongoing operations of regional security forces. During the consultations, community leaders presented a series of public demands, highlighting the urgent need to expand youth employment programs, improve access to education and healthcare services, and accelerate local infrastructure and development initiatives.

Addressing the attendees, Hanafi stated that ensuring public peace and stability remains a core priority for the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan. He emphasized that national unity and social cohesion are necessary conditions for sustained progress. In response to the provincial requests, Hanafi committed to addressing the outlined demands for employment, education, healthcare, and infrastructure projects to the maximum extent permitted by current government resources. He directed relevant provincial departments to coordinate with central ministries to develop actionable implementation plans for the proposed initiatives.
