Hafiz Omar, charge d'affaires at the Afghan embassy in Oman, met with Muhammad Nasser Al-Hajri, his Kuwaiti counterpart, to discuss providing consular services to Afghans residing in Kuwait and expanding bilateral cooperation.

The Afghan embassy in Oman stated that both sides announced during the meeting that consular facilities would be provided quickly upon the resumption of the Afghan embassy's activities in Kuwait.
