The Afghan embassy in Oman stated that both sides announced during the meeting that consular facilities would be provided quickly upon the resumption of the Afghan embassy's activities in Kuwait.
Omar expressed appreciation for the Kuwaiti government's cooperation in reactivating the Afghan embassy.
