KHOST, Afghanistan (Afghan Verified) -- Sheikh al-Hadith Maulvi Abdul Hakim Shara'i, Afghanistan's Minister of Justice, stated during a visit to border security posts in Khost province that attacks and airspace violations by Pakistan's military regime on Afghan soil have no religious or moral justification.
Shara'i said Pakistani scholars have accepted this view. He made the remarks while meeting with Islamic Emirate border forces along the Durand Line.
According to Bakhtar News, the minister praised the morale and strong spirit of the mujahideen facing recent Pakistani attacks, calling their counter-attacks in defense of the system and people praiseworthy. He also congratulated the forces on Eid al-Fitr and said spending one night in a trench protecting Allah's religion is more valuable than any worldly possession.
Hurriyat reported that Shara'i spoke amid repeated Pakistani attacks on Afghan soil, including strikes on civilians during Eid nights and days despite a ceasefire, causing casualties.
Bakhtar News and RTA News Agency said Shara'i appreciated the round-the-clock efforts of the border forces in ensuring security and preserving the Islamic system at the end of the visit.

Reliability assessment
Multiple independent outlets (RTA, ToloNews, Bakhtar News, Hurriyat) corroborate the on-record statement by named Justice Minister Sheikh al-Hadith Maulvi Abdul Hakim Shara'i during his visit to Khost border forces.
The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Bakhtar News: "Pakistani military regime" (repeatedly; derogatory framing of Pakistan's government as illegitimate/militaristic); "morale and strong spirit ... is praiseworthy" (advocacy praise for IEA fighters); "aggression ... has no religious or moral justification" (value judgment presented in minister's quote but amplified by outlet). These mix neutral reporting with loaded, pro-IEA opinion language.; Hurriyat: "Pakistan's military regime" - derogatory term implying illegitimate authoritarian rule; "no Sharia or moral justification whatsoever" - absolute moral and religious condemnation; "even during Eid nights despite ceasefire" - frames actions as particularly treacherous and inhumane.; RTA: 'military regime of Pakistan' and 'aggression' (تجاوز رژیم نظامی پاکستان) use derogatory and inflammatory framing of Pakistan's government and actions; 'hypothetical line' (خط فرضی) implies the border lacks legitimacy, adding advocacy bias.
