Civil Service Administration Begins Evaluation of 1,555 University Graduates
The Civil Service Administration has initiated the evaluation and recruitment process for 1,555 outstanding university graduates, following a directive from the Amir al-Mu'minin. The assessment phase was officially launched during a ceremony held at the Administrative Reform and Civil Service Assembly Hall.
Minister of Higher Education Sheikh Nida Mohammad Nadim and Director General Sheikh Noor ul Haq Anwar addressed the candidates at the event. Officials stated that the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan remains committed to appointing competent personnel to government roles. They emphasized that the selected graduates are expected to serve the country with dedication and maintain high professional standards in their respective fields.
During the proceedings, speakers highlighted the importance of merit-based appointments and criticized the previous administration for what they described as a lack of commitment among former civil servants. The ongoing evaluation process will determine which candidates will be formally integrated into the civil service structure.
The recruitment initiative is part of broader administrative efforts to restructure and professionalize state institutions. Officials indicated that successful candidates will undergo additional training and placement procedures before assuming their official duties within various government ministries and departments. The evaluation will include written examinations and interviews to assess academic and professional qualifications.
