The Ministry of Higher Education announced that construction has resumed on the remaining parts of five dormitories and a religious building.
The projects are located in Paktia, Nangarhar, Paktika and Kunar provinces.
They were approved by the leader of the Islamic Emirate at a cost of 90 million Afghanis drawn from the ministry's budget.
Work is scheduled for completion by the end of the solar year 1405.
The facilities are expected to provide housing for about 5,000 students.
