
Distribution of Medical Supplies to Health Centers Begins in Baghlan Province
The distribution of medicines and medical equipment to health facilities across Baghlan province has commenced, provincial health authorities confirmed. The initiative, organized by the ADA Foundation, involves medical supplies valued at fourteen million five hundred thousand Afghanis being delivered to eighty health centers throughout the region.
Mawlawi Mohammad Hassan Asim, head of the provincial Public Health Department, provided details regarding the launch of the distribution effort. He noted that the provision of these resources is designed to enhance the quality and standardization of healthcare services available to local communities. Officials indicated that the materials will be allocated based on the specific operational requirements of each facility.
The distributed items include essential pharmaceuticals and necessary medical equipment aimed at addressing routine healthcare demands in the province. Health administrators emphasized that the delivery process will be coordinated to ensure that all targeted centers receive their allocated supplies without delay.
Local residents have welcomed the initiative, stating that the arrival of medical supplies will directly improve patient care and strengthen the operational capacity of neighborhood clinics. Community representatives have also urged continued collaboration between provincial health departments and humanitarian organizations to sustain and expand medical support in the coming months.
