
Educational and Administrative Supplies Distributed to 87 Schools in Bamyan Province
Local authorities in Bamyan province have announced the distribution of educational and administrative materials valued at 40 million Afghanis to 87 schools across the region. The supplies were allocated to educational institutions located in Bamyan city center as well as the districts of Sayghan, Wares, and Shibar.
The distribution program was financed by a partner organization and formally announced during a provincial ceremony. Governor Qari Gulhaidar Shafaq attended the event to oversee the handover and address local educators and community representatives. He stated that the initiative aims to strengthen educational infrastructure and support ongoing academic activities throughout the province.
Qari Inayatullah Sahar, head of the provincial education directorate, highlighted the operational impact of the newly delivered resources. He emphasized that equipping schools with necessary administrative and teaching materials is essential for improving instructional quality and advancing broader community development. Officials noted that the allocation was designed to reach institutions in both urban centers and outlying districts to ensure consistent access to learning tools.
The program underscores coordinated efforts between provincial administrators and supporting organizations to address logistical gaps in the local education sector. Authorities indicated that the distribution process has been completed and that the materials will be integrated into daily school operations immediately.
