Farah Completes Distribution of 8,265 Plots to Returned Compatriots

The Directorate of Housing and Urban Development in Farah province has completed the distribution of 8,265 residential plots to eligible returned compatriots in the Mohammadabad township of Shibkoh district. The process took place over more than two months and has now concluded.

The program was carried out to provide permanent shelter and resolve housing issues for returnees. Officials stated that the distribution followed established procedures and was implemented in a transparent manner.

The effort aligns with the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan's priority to support returning Afghan refugees through settlement initiatives. Residential township programs, land distribution, and basic services are being implemented in various provinces as part of these efforts.
