Reliability assessment
Corroborated by 5 outlets (Khaama Press, Hurriyat, Omid Radio, Amu TV, Pajhwok) all attributing figures to the Taliban-run disaster management authority.
The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Khaama Press: "weather-related devastation" and "deep vulnerability" use dramatic language to emotionally frame the event; "severe humanitarian burden" adds opinionated emphasis on the crisis beyond neutral facts.
