Four Women Accuse Jared Leto of Criminal Sexual Conduct

Four women have accused actor and musician Jared Leto of criminal sexual offences including assault, grooming and statutory rape. The alleged incidents occurred when the women were between the ages of 14 and 19, from 2002 to 2016.
A BBC documentary titled Jared Leto: Hollywood's Dark Secret presents the accounts along with corroborating statements from friends, family members and former band colleagues. The programme also includes testimony from ten women who encountered Leto during the same period, nine of whom are speaking publicly for the first time.
The BBC said it verified the claims with images, messages and other records. Two former band staff members expressed discomfort over Leto's interactions with teenage girls.
Leto has not responded to the allegations. Earlier accusations against him have circulated online for years, including more than 120 reports and a 2025 article in Air Mail.
