Mufti Mohammad Taher Ahmad, head of the Preservation of Jihadist Monuments at Afghanistan's Ministry of Information and Culture, met with Mohammad Asif Sharifi, provincial affairs director of Roshan Telecom Company.
The two discussed challenges facing young people and ways to build their professional and technical capacities.
Ahmad proposed special affordable telecommunications and internet packages for freelancers as well as modern educational centers equipped with necessary facilities for youth.
