Helmand Governor Says Morale of Islamic Emirate Mujahideen Remains Strong
Helmand Governor Maulvi Amanuddin Mansoor said the morale of the Islamic Emirate's mujahideen remains strong and they are ready to defend the system. He spoke at a Quran memorizers graduation ceremony in Badakhshan and stressed obedience to the leader while warning against propaganda.

Maulvi Amanuddin Mansoor, governor of Helmand, spoke at a graduation ceremony for Quran memorizers in Warduj district of Badakhshan province. He emphasized obedience to the orders of the Amir al-Mu'minin.
Mansoor warned opponents of the Islamic Emirate to stop negative propaganda and baseless conspiracies. He stated that the morale of the mujahideen remains strong and they are prepared to defend against security disruptors.
Mansoor said maintaining security and territorial integrity is a basic priority of the Islamic Emirate. Separately, Maulvi Wajihuddin Fayeq stated that acquisition of modern sciences and technologies is essential alongside religious sciences. He noted expanded opportunities for schools and learning since the Islamic Emirate's return to power.
