
International Institute of Central Asia and Taliban Center for Strategic Studies Sign Cooperation Memorandum
KABUL (Afghan Verified) -- The International Institute of Central Asia (IICA) and the Taliban Center for Strategic Studies (CSS) signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday, the 25th of Hamal, to conduct joint research and enhance interactions between experts.
The signing ceremony took place at 8 a.m. in Kabul. Jawoolon Wakhabov, president of the IICA, and Abdulhai Qant, president of the CSS, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
The memorandum facilitates joint scientific events, research projects and the exchange of findings. It also provides for regular dialogues on key regional issues, including security, trade and economic cooperation, transport and logistics, as well as water and energy.
The agreement aims to strengthen collaboration between the two institutions in addressing shared challenges in Central Asia and beyond. Officials from both sides attended the event, underscoring the commitment to expanded academic and strategic exchanges.
