Iranian Officials Deny Final Agreement Reached With United States

Iranian officials have denied that any final agreement has been reached with the United States, contradicting statements by US President Donald Trump.

A spokesman for Iran's Khatam al-Anbiya Construction Headquarters, Ebrahim Zolfaqari, said no agreement has been accepted and no final deal has been reached. He added that any future agreement must fully address Iran's demands on blocked assets, strategic interests, and its nuclear program.

Iran's Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmaeil Baghaei stated that no final decision has been reached on a proposed agreement. He noted that most of the draft has been finalized but negotiations have faced repeated setbacks due to new US demands. Baghaei said Iran will only announce a deal if it fully serves the interests of its people.

Trump had claimed that an agreement had been reached with Iran that would prevent it from acquiring nuclear weapons and would be signed in Europe. Iranian statements rejected these assertions and emphasized that no US proposals have been accepted so far.
