
Islamic Emirate Foreign Minister and Russian Envoy Discuss Bilateral Cooperation
Amir Khan Muttaqi, foreign minister of the Islamic Emirate, met with Zamir Kabulov, special representative of the Russian president, to discuss the expansion of bilateral political and economic relations.
