Delegations from Kabul and Islamabad reached what they described as good results during a meeting in Istanbul on measures to reduce tensions.
The agreements include reopening the border, resuming medical and student visas, facilitating trader movement, and establishing a joint security mechanism to share information and act against TTP threats.
