Logar Province Reviews Process for Returning Seized Lands

A technical meeting was held in Logar province to review the process of returning seized lands and to address issues related to land grabbing.

According to the reports presented, multiple cases have undergone investigation by the technical team. The legal procedures for these cases have been completed. As a result, the cases have been sent to the central commission for further action and decisions.

The commission has assured that it will proceed with the matters in a transparent manner. Deputy Governor Sheikh Inamullah Salahuddin stressed the need for quicker progress in returning seized government lands to their rightful status.

He instructed relevant officials to implement steps aimed at preventing arbitrary occupations of land near the provincial capital.
