Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development Meets Samangan Governor

Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, held a meeting with Mullah Muhammad Shoaib Risalat, the Governor of Samangan province, to review the progress and implementation of various development and public utility projects.
