
Ministry of Public Health Signs Contract Worth 641,808 Dollars to Strengthen Health Services in Nangarhar and Laghman Provinces
The Ministry of Public Health has signed a contract with the OPHA institute. The value of this contract is 641,808 dollars. The purpose is to strengthen and expand health services specifically in the provinces of Nangarhar and Laghman.
Approximately 113,600 residents of Nangarhar and Laghman provinces stand to benefit from the basic health services that will be made available through this project. The project is also set to create 90 job opportunities.
The project aims to improve the quality of health services. It further aims to increase access to health services. It aims to reduce the health problems that are faced by the citizens.
The institute OPHA has given its assurance regarding the project. It will implement the project within a period of one year. This implementation will be in accordance with the standards. Attention will be paid to the health needs of the people.
