Reliability assessment
Four independent outlets (Afghanistan International, Khaama Press, Hasht-e Subh, Omid Radio) corroborate the announcement by named official Abdul Baqi Haqqani, head of National Examinations Administration.
The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Afghanistan International: "doors of universities ... closed to girls and women", "deprived of participating in the Konkor exam", "deprived of access to university-level education" – these phrases use emotionally loaded language like 'deprived' and metaphorical 'doors closed' to frame the ban on women's education with advocacy undertones.
