A new site of the Atoma telecom network has been activated in Khost province. The site, designated KST052, is located in the Ladaw Sar area of Musakhel district. It was activated on the site of the Salam telecom network.

The new site brings telecom and internet services to Kowkhola, Wechkarai, Gabar, Koseenkhola, Zorkot, Ghozak and surrounding areas. This development is expected to resolve previous telecom access issues for local residents.

Officials from the Khost Directorate of Communications and Information Technology have indicated that expanding telecom services to remote areas is a priority. They have also noted that future efforts will focus on accelerating the provision of high-quality communications across the country.
