New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani Opposes US-Israel War on Iran from Every Perspective

New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani has voiced deep opposition to the joint US-Israel war against Iran, arguing that it must be opposed procedurally, morally and politically.

"This is a war that must be opposed from every perspective; not only procedurally, but morally and politically," Mamdani said. He highlighted the exorbitant costs of financing the conflict as a key reason for his position.

Mamdani previously described the America-Israel attacks at the outset of the war with Iran as "the catastrophic escalation of an illegal aggressive war."
