KABUL — Qari Omari Logari, spokesperson for the Passport High Authority, announced that 9,425 passports have been processed, printed and distributed on an urgent basis to Hajj pilgrims.

The expedited services ensure timely facilitation for pilgrims to perform Hajj, Logari stated.

Special services were provided exclusively to pilgrims even on the day of Eid al-Fitr to avoid any delays, according to the spokesperson.

Passport High Authority officials emphasized that serving pilgrims constitutes a religious and national responsibility.

The announcement underscores the authority's efforts to prioritize Hajj-related passport applications amid the ongoing pilgrimage season.
