
Pentagon Reports 13 US Service Members Killed, 365 Wounded in Conflict with Iran
The Pentagon has reported that 13 US service members have been killed and 365 others wounded in the ongoing conflict with Iran.
Details provided by the Pentagon indicate that six US troops were killed in an Iranian attack on Kuwait, as cited by CBS News. One service member succumbed to injuries sustained in Saudi Arabia. An additional six US service members died in a crash involving a US refueling aircraft.
The wounded personnel are broken down by military branch as follows: 247 from the Army, 63 from the Navy, 19 from the Marines, and 36 from the Air Force.
US Central Command stated that most of the injured personnel have returned to duty.
