An educational seminar was held at Esteqlal High School in Kabul for approximately 400 students to promote reading culture, encourage study habits, and teach effective reading methods.

The event was organized by the Directorate of Public Libraries under the Ministry of Information and Culture. Dr. Rafiullah Samim, head of the directorate, highlighted ongoing efforts to strengthen reading in society, including keeping library halls open until 10 p.m.
