Mullah Abdul Latif Mansour, the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, met in his office with religious scholars and tribal elders from Logar province. Among those present was Maulvi Mohammad Naqib Mohammadi, son of the late Maulvi Mohammad Nabi Mohammadi.
