Supreme Court Administrative Deputy Visits Bamyan to Review Court Operations

Sheikh Sakhaullah Saeed, administrative deputy of the Supreme Court, led a delegation to Bamyan province to evaluate appellate court activities, identify problems, assess needs and improve judicial services.

The delegation visited primary court buildings in Bamyan city and its districts, examined operational issues and offered guidance to court staff.

Saeed emphasized Islamic justice, application of Sharia rulings to support the oppressed and prevent corruption, and the importance of judicial independence and neutrality without external interference.

He called on judges to follow Sharia and legal principles while upholding piety, trustworthiness, sincerity and responsibility, and to ensure speed, transparency and fairness in case handling.

The delegation also met with the Bamyan deputy governor, Ulema Council officials and local administrators to discuss coordination between judicial institutions and provincial authorities.
