Daily production at the Ghori cement factory in Baghlan has risen from 150 tons to 700 tons.

Company officials said the improvement in quality now allows the cement to compete with imported products.

The factory directly employs 750 people, and its output is used in major construction projects across the country.

Two factories are currently operating, while a third is under construction. Once completed, the expansion is expected to raise total daily production capacity to 5,000 tons.
