Al-Murassad, citing its sources, reported clashes overnight in the Turkani and Narik Ghiljo areas of Orakzai between security forces and Daesh militants, resulting in the deaths of nine Daesh members, including two key commanders.
The slain commanders were identified as Haji Abdul Rahman and Mullah Farouqi.
Separately, an operation against Daesh took place overnight in the Tordara area of Tira.
