Bamyan Municipality Collects Over 111 Million Afghanis in Revenue

The Bamyan Municipality has reported its revenue collection, expenditure and completed projects for the solar year 1404. The details were provided by Bamyan Mayor Maulvi Rozi Mohammad Afkar.

Afkar announced that the municipality collected 111,232,215 Afghanis in revenue from various fixed and non-fixed sources during the solar year.

The mayor said that 102,086,549 Afghanis were spent on the development and ordinary budgets.

Afkar said that dozens of basic infrastructure projects were implemented by the municipality. The projects that were completed include the construction of mosques, bridges, culverts, the asphalting of roads, the construction of hotels, 22 shops, a shelter, and water supply networks.

The mayor made these statements to inform about the achievements.

A meeting was also held to obtain residents' opinions, share reconstruction programs, solve urban problems, and increase public participation in municipal affairs.
