Belarus Agrees to Increase Exports to Afghanistan

A delegation from Afghanistan's National Development Company met with Belarusian officials in Minsk, including First Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Lukashovich, as well as representatives from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Agriculture, and Industry.
According to the Belarus Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Lukashovich and the Afghan delegation agreed to increase exports of Belarusian equipment, machinery, agricultural products, and other goods to Afghanistan. The agreement covers sectors from industry and agriculture to food supply, public health care, and education, with continued focus on supporting large-scale development projects.
The National Development Company stated that the two sides agreed to expand bilateral cooperation and technical ties in agriculture, building materials, food security, public health, and education. The company described the meetings as beneficial for both countries and covering political, economic, and trade issues.
This marks the first high-level visit by an Islamic Emirate delegation to Belarus, led by Ahmad Jan Bilal, head of state-owned companies, and Abdul Rahman Atash, head of execution for the National Development Company, along with Foreign Ministry representatives and technical team members.
