Construction has started on a 17-kilometer rural road in the Sar Khashal area of Pryan district, Panjshir province. The road is designed to be five meters wide and is funded by the Panjshir provincial administration.

Pryan district governor Maulvi Abdul Ahmad Akbari commented on the importance of the project. He stated that the road will reduce daily travel problems for residents.
