Construction of Tahseeldar Khan Commercial Market Begins in Paktika

The construction of a commercial market known as Tahseeldar Khan has started in Sharana city, the center of Paktika province. A private investor is providing the funding for this project, which has a total cost of 10 million US dollars. The development is taking place on land in the city center.
Sharana city mayor Maulvi Mohammad Nabi Hamza performed the inauguration of the project. In his remarks at the event, the mayor encouraged more people to invest in Paktika province to support growth.
Investor Bakht Mohammad described the plans for the market in detail. He said the market will be built on 17 jeribs of land. The construction work is expected to take two and a half years to finish. Once completed, the market will consist of 33 five-story commercial buildings. There will also be 52 shops included in the project. Other facilities will be part of the development as well. The market will have a length of 750 meters and a width of 16 meters.
The project is set to create jobs for dozens of people in the area. It is also anticipated to strengthen commercial activities in the region by providing new business spaces.
