Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar, economic deputy of the prime minister's office, visited the Safwan Cement Factory in Jabal al-Saraj district of Parwan province.
He was accompanied by Parwan Governor Sheikh Azizur Rahman Mansour, Minister of Mines and Petroleum Mullah Hidayatullah Badri, and officials from the Ministry of Finance.
Factory representatives briefed the delegation on the plant's production capacity, ongoing activities, and future plans.
