Fifty-Five Soldiers Complete Air Defense and Map Reading Training Course
Fifty-five soldiers from the First Brigade of the Badri unit, operating under the 215 Azm Corps, have graduated from a one-month professional training program focused on air defense and map reading. The graduation ceremony marked the completion of the course, which is the ninth of its kind organized to strengthen the technical and operational readiness of military personnel.
During the event, Badri Brigade Commander Mullah Mohammad Nasim Siraji addressed the graduates and underscored the strategic importance of specialized training for enhancing the overall capacity of the armed forces. He noted that proficiency in air defense tactics and terrain navigation remains a priority for maintaining operational effectiveness across various deployment zones.
The Ministry of Defense has recently expanded its efforts to conduct regular professional development programs for service members. Officials indicate that these initiatives are part of a broader strategy to modernize military capabilities and ensure that personnel are equipped with current tactical skills. The latest course covered essential competencies in identifying aerial threats, coordinating defensive responses, and accurately interpreting topographical maps for field operations.
Military authorities have stated that similar training modules will continue to be implemented for other units in the coming months. The focus remains on building a standardized, well-prepared force capable of addressing contemporary security requirements through structured education and practical exercises.
