Hundreds of young personnel graduated from the seventh training course of the Saad bin Abi Waqas Radi Higher Education School of the Special Forces Division. They completed six months of training that covered commando tactics, professional skills, and ideological education. The program was conducted under the auspices of Afghanistan's Ministry of Defense.
A formal graduation ceremony was organized to mark the occasion. The event drew several high ranking officials from the defense sector. Among the attendees was Maulvi Hamidullah Akhunzada Saeed, who serves as the first deputy of the Ministry of Defense. The commander of the Special Forces Division, Nasrat Haji Lala, also participated. In addition, the deputy of the division, Maulvi Mumtaz Ahmad Haqqani, was present. Religious scholars, various officials, and mujahideen attended the ceremony as well.
During the proceedings, Maulvi Hamidullah Akhunzada Saeed delivered remarks on the significance of the graduation. He noted that the graduates now have the ability to defend and protect the people and country with full professionalism. His comments focused on their preparedness to take on defense responsibilities.
Maulvi Mumtaz Ahmad Haqqani addressed the gathering too. He explained that the leadership of the division is committed to training stronger and more professional forces. This initiative, he said, aims at ensuring the survival of the Islamic system along with the protection of national sovereignty.
The ceremony concluded with recognition of the graduates' achievements in the specialized training program.

Reliability assessment
Single source (Bakhtar News) reports official Ministry of Defense announcement with direct on-record statements from named officials (Maulvi Hamidullah Akhunzada Saeed, Nasrat Haji Lala, Maulvi Mumtaz Ahmad Haqqani) and concrete details including specific training course number, duration, and curriculum components.
The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Bakhtar News: "oppressed nation of Afghanistan, widows, and orphans"; "grown up in the blood of the country's martyrs"; "for the survival of the Islamic system and the protection of the country's national sovereignty" — these phrases emotionally frame the graduates as heroic defenders of victims and the Islamic order, blending reporting with ideological advocacy.
