Nooruddin Azizi, acting minister of industry and commerce, spoke at the Afghan-Uzbek Trade Forum in Tashkent.

Azizi said the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has taken serious steps to facilitate trade and investment. He stated that Afghanistan is ready to provide all necessary facilities to Uzbek investors.

Azizi called for stronger economic ties between the two countries and invited Uzbek businessmen to invest in various sectors in Afghanistan.
