
One Person Arrested in Helmand in Connection with Transfer of 2,600 Bullets to Pakistan
Security forces in Helmand province foiled the transfer of two thousand six hundred bullets to Pakistan. The bullets were discovered and confiscated in Gereshk district of Helmand. The ammunition was loaded in an Alto vehicle. One person was arrested in connection with the bullet transfer.

This operation prevented the bullets from being transferred to Pakistan. The arrest was made in the Gereshk district where the Alto vehicle was stopped by security forces.
Helmand security forces have previously intercepted multiple smuggling attempts of weapons and ammunition. The press release noted that similar cases have been stopped in the province before this incident.
