Rural Development Minister Meets Elders from Badakhshan and Paktia Provinces

Mullah Abdul Latif Mansoor, the Minister of Rural Rehabilitation and Development, met with local elders from Badakhshan province and emphasized the importance of implementing development projects, particularly road construction and water supply initiatives.
