Security sources reported multiple incidents involving Pakistani military regime forces in Kunar and Nuristan provinces on Thursday.
In the Doklam Baghcha area of Nari district in Kunar province, around 9:30 a.m., Pakistani military regime forces opened fire on a Toyota-type vehicle, security sources said. The vehicle fell into the Kunar River as a result, killing one female doctor, wounding one person and leaving five others missing.
In a separate incident around 11:00 a.m. in the Senu area of Shaltan district in Kunar, shelling by Pakistani military regime forces wounded one person, who was transferred to the provincial hospital for treatment, according to the sources.
In Nuristan province, the public road between Kamdesh and Bargmatal districts has been closed to traffic since morning, despite Pakistan's announcement of a ceasefire, security sources said. Checkpoints of Pakistani military regime forces located near the route have been shooting at people in transit, creating serious problems for local residents' movement.

Reliability assessment
Single source with concrete details (specific locations, times, casualty numbers) but attribution entirely from unnamed 'security sources'; core events unconfirmed by independent outlets
The source language mixes facts with framing or advocacy wording. Ariana News: 'رژیم نظامی پاکستانی' (Pakistani military regime) derogatorily implies an illegitimate government; 'شهید' (martyred) uses religiously loaded militant framing instead of neutral 'killed'; these mix reporting with advocacy phrasing.
Independent web corroboration
An independent web search turned up no separate corroborating reports. Treat the account as single-sourced until more outlets pick it up.
