
Suspected Robber Killed, Another Detained After Clash With Police in Kabul

According to official statements, the suspects fled the scene after taking 70,000 Afghanis from the business. Police units responded to the area and engaged the suspects in a direct gunfight. One of the individuals was killed during the exchange of fire, while the second was apprehended at the scene.
Khalid Zadran, spokesperson for the Kabul police headquarters, confirmed the details of the operation through his official social media account. He stated that law enforcement personnel successfully secured the area following the clash. The spokesperson noted that the incident reflects ongoing security operations aimed at addressing armed crime in the capital.
Investigative teams have launched a follow-up operation to identify and locate additional accomplices believed to be connected to the robbery. Authorities indicated that personnel are reviewing evidence from the scene to track down any remaining suspects. The detained individual remains in custody as investigators continue their comprehensive inquiry into the incident and work diligently to establish the full scope of the criminal network involved.
