DUSHANBE, Tajikistan (Afghan Verified) -- Tajikistan President Emomali Rahmon met with Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) Secretary General Imangali Tasmagambetov in Dushanbe to discuss bolstering security along the country's southern border with Afghanistan.
