Uzbek Delegation Visits Balkh for Trade Conference and Exhibition

A high-level delegation from the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Uzbekistan, has traveled to Balkh province to strengthen economic and trade cooperation. The delegation is led by Amanbay Orynbayev, who serves as the Chairman of the Supreme Council of Karakalpakstan.

According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, the visit is centered on holding a trade and business networking conference. These events are intended to facilitate economic meetings between representatives of the private sector from both regions, aiming to expand commercial partnerships.

In addition to the conference, the delegation will officially inaugurate an exhibition in Mazar-i-Sharif. This exhibition will feature a variety of Uzbek domestic products and examples of their industrial production, providing a platform to showcase the economic capabilities of the Republic of Karakalpakstan.

Mawlawi Shahabuddin Saqib, the Deputy Minister for Finance and Administration at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, is accompanying the delegation during their visit to the province to coordinate the trade activities.
